Mr. Vaibhav Gawade, the Founder & Director of the Company, with his broad vision & huge experience in manufacturing industries, Taiko Pack Tach born in his arm of year 2016. He has been a Director of the Company since its foundation and was appointed as Managing Director with effect from 2017.

Mr. Vijay Gawade joins the board as Managing Director in year 2020. Directing all aspects of day-to-day operations,including business development. Implementing cost-effective packaging and container services to maximize profits and stimulate a high level of customer satisfaction and referral business.
